To attach a background image to a web page, use the background attribute of the
<body> element. The value of the background attribute is the URL that indicates the image file.
Note
- The image is tiled horizontally and vertically to fill the entire page.
- Internet explorer accepts an additional attribute called bgproperties, which is used to set "fixed" so the background image will stay in the same position when the user scrolls the page content using the navigation tools (vertical navigation bars or Up/ Down keys)
