ORACLE IS NOT NULL

In oracle, IS NOT NULL is used to check not null values. It is used with select, insert, update, and delete statements.

Syntax

snippet
expression IS NOT NULL

Parameters

expression: column name or any value to check it is a not null value

Note:

  1. In IS NOT NULL, condition returns true values.
  2. In NULL, condition returns false.
